Refund Policy

At Nurse T Consultation Services, we are committed to providing quality mentorship and coaching experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be fair while respecting the time reserved for your session.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund of the total session cost paid. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover preparation time and lost availability.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule one time per session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any further changes may result in forfeiting the session fee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email nursetconsulting@gmail.com with your full name, session date, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original form of payment.
