I’m Tashauna Clarke, RN (but most call me Nurse T) and I’ve walked the nursing path from CNA to RN, through every high and low. I created this platform to share the lessons, tools, and real-talk mentorship I wish I had when I started.

Our Story
Nurse T Consultation Services was founded in 2025 with a mission to empower prospective nursing students, current nursing students, newly licensed nurses, and seasoned nurses through personalized career coaching and group mentorship programs. Nurse T, the founder and leader of Nurse T Consultation Services, is a registered nurse. She started her career in the health field in 2019 when she had a one-pound preemie daughter as a certified nursing assistant, then went on to being a licensed practical nurse, and currently is an RN. She has worked in various areas of nursing: long-term care, correctional nursing, psychiatric and addiction, medical-surgical, clinical adjunct instructor, and management as a staff developer/certified infection nurse. Throughout her career journey, she has continually mentored her coworkers and nursing students who may have seemed stuck in their careers or even confused about how to get accepted into a nursing program. She is passionate about mentorship.
