1. Services Provided

Nurse T Consultation Services offers mentorship, coaching, and educational support tailored to prospective nursing students, current nursing students, and healthcare professionals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.
Payment is due before services are rendered unless a payment plan is arranged.
Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking page.
No refunds are issued for missed appointments without appropriate notice.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Attend sessions on time and prepared
Engage respectfully with the consultant and other participants
Refrain from any disrespectful, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
Unprofessional behavior may result in immediate termination of services.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided (including handouts, presentations, or digital resources) is the property of Nurse T Consultation Services and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nurse T Consultation Services is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the services offered. While we strive to support your success, individual results are not guaranteed.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law
